Hypospadias repair in elderly patients

Two elderly men with penile shaft hypospadias underwent surgical repair utilizing the Duckett island pedicle graft. The operative procedure enabled both patients to direct their urinary stream making the voiding process easier and without soiling themselves. The complications that developed were corrected with an internal urethrotomy. Duckett technique is feasible, reliable and safe for older men with hypospadias based on the results of the surgical repair.
