Abstract
- The magnetic anisotropy and the in-plane magnetization reversal mechanism of Ga(sub 0.945)Mn(sub 0.055)As thin films, grown on GaAs(001), are investigated. Samples A and B, with sample A grown 45 degree Celsius lower than sample B are analyzed by magnetization hysteresis measurements and polarized neutron reflectivity (PNR) magnetization reversal experiments.
