Abstract
- The BT4131, a representative of the HAD subfamily IIb class of phosphates, is analyzed in terms of active site structure and substrate specificity. The potential application of the active site solvent cage in conjunction with the identity of the residues stationed along the cap domain substrate specificity loops in predicting substrate structure is discovered.
