Abstract
- Ergonomics is the science of discovering the most efficient way of doing work. It's place in business is manifested in the workplace, which includes machinery, work organization, workers and management. The implementation of a successful ergonomics program will depend on how well employees are trained, how feasible goals and changes are designed, and how open communication channels are between work groups, particularly between management and production. Improvements may then proceed based on the coordination of these three steps.
