Accurate modeling and parameter extraction for meander-line n-well resistors

Accurate modeling and efficient parameter extraction of a scalable lumped-element model for n-well meander-line resistors that are suitable for radio frequency integrated circuit (RFIC) applications are presented. It is concluded that the scalable model, with its model parameters can be easily implemented in a subcircuit in SPICE or SpectreRF, making this good physical model for the RF circdcouit designer.
