Infighting swamps Everglades cleanup

There is a growing confusion between Florida and the Army Corps of engineers over the construction of the $8 billion Everglades restoration program but after certain talks, they have reached a compromise that will keep eight fast-tracked projects moving. It was decided that the state would not design the projects past 30% completion until the Corps has finished the project implementation report at the district level.
