Annual listing of health maintenance organizations

The 1992 Business Insurance directory of health maintenance organizations is an alphabetical listing of health maintenance organizations (HMO) by state. Each HMO listing gives the address of the organization, telephone and facsimile numbers, staff, additional locations, users, service area, operational date, enrollment options, services, rating options, billing, model type, parent company and officers. A guide to the directory is also included.
