Abstract: The study that examines the possibility of using porphyrin exciton-coupled circular dichroism (CD) for tetraarylporphyrin oligonucleotides conformational analysis is examined. CD spectra in the 200-300nm region are widely used to investigate DNA conformations and their changes.
