Abstract

Research and development budget for the fiscal 2006 was proposed by the President George W. Bush that awards increase to homeland security and national defense, while slight cutting in the rest of the federal science and technology portfolio. The President George W. Bush has proposed a spending of $132 billion for the research and development for the year 2006.
