Fat mice, eating machines, and biochemical treason: Will we ever create a dial-a-weight pill?

The science fiction story based on the nutrition researchers who are making an effort to discover a 'dial-a-weight' pill that could program one's body to move naturally to any weight required, at least within a wide range, by taking just the right dose combination of medications. Weight creep results from biochemical treason, when something defeats the feedback mechanisms and causes the body's preferred weigh to inch upward, and hence two ways of overcoming this are presented.
