Abstract
- Bank mergers can be successfully achieved with proper planning and execution. The CEO undertaking the process should realize the difficulties the activity entails and should formulate a realistic vision for the new entity. Furthermore, the CEO should make rational decisions on personnel appointments and should continually communicate with the employees.
