Abstract
- A new synthesis of crystalline Bi2Se3 nanowires with periodic phase boundaries between hexagonal and orthorhombic phases is reported. It is revealed that single and multiple-heterojunction nanowires with diameters of 10-40 nm, are successfully synthesized by a simple electrically assisted sonochemical method in aqueous solution at room temperature.
