Abstract
- A physicians must exercise caution when signing a long-term office lease, because conditions may change and the landlord may refuse to negotiate. Consultants recommend that leases contain A clause that allows termination in case the doctor needs to relocate. The present slow economic conditions have influenced landlords to grant requests for renegotiation.
