Renewables portfolio standard and regional energy structure optimisation in China

The Eastern Coastal Areas (ECA) of China such as Shanghai, Beijing and others are in the modernization process to strengthen China's competitive capacity. The implementation of reforms and the beginning of China's economic markets in 1978 have resulted in the rapid economic growth in ECA.
