Abstract
- The techniques of low-energy electron diffraction (LEED) and density functional theory (DFT) calculations were used for determining the structure of RuO2(100) formed on Ru(1010). The growth of a RuO2(100) film may be caused due to the oxidation of the Ru(1010) surface.
