Abstract
- The implications of Escherichia coli 0157:H7 and the effects of cinnamon, benzoate, sorbate and combinations were examined against Escherichia coli 0157:H7 in apple juice. The results showed that addition of cinnamon to apple juice gradually decreased the number of E. coli 0157:H7.
