Abstract
- A branching diversity-oriented synthesis (DOS) pathway that yields 29 400 discrete compounds comprising 10 distinct polycyclic skeletons is described. The six-step, stereoselective synthesis, which affords product having a central skeleton with between two and four rings and up to six stereocenters, is achieved using an inexpensive and accessible, 'one bead-one stock solution' technology platform.
