Abstract

Gas-phase reactions between silane (SiH(sub 4)) and ammonia (NH(sub 3)) were investigated using ab initio calculations at the CCSD(T)/6-311++g(super **)//MP2/6-31+G(super *) level. The studies stated that within the energy range of 180 kcal/mol the investigation located 34 equilibrium and 23 transition states on the potential energy surfaces of the Si-N-H systems.
