Structural characterization of (TBA, H)Ca(sub 2)Nb(sub 3)O(sub 10) nanosheets formed by delamination of a precursor-layered perovskite

Detailed transmission electron microscopy (TEM) investigations of the degree of delamination, crystallinity, microstructure, interface and surface structure, defects and chemical composition of nanosheets are reported. The effects of the present multiplex synthetic routine including ion exchange, intercalation and exfoliation processes are discussed.
