Abstract: A case report of a successful nonsurgical, conservative management of ruptured subcapsular liver hematoma in a patient with preeclampsia who had hemoperitoneum, seen at cesarean section is presented. On the basis of blood pressure measurement and laboratory findings, the patient was diagnosed with preeclampsia.
