Almost all together now: most states and territories agree, more or less, that there's a need to end bidding wars to attract business

The interstate investment co-operation agreement signed by New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, Western Australia, South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory is presented. State governments would need to try to increase revenue for healthcare, and continually improve their co-ordination to attract international investors, plus promote Australia as an investment destination.
