Abstract

The Indians respect the elephant as one of the holy animals and it also has a lot of other uses, similarly, cattle was one of the factors in producing farm goods in Korea in the pre-industrial rural society. Though cattles are equally important for both India and Korea, the reasons for it to be significant are different for both the countries.
