Abstract

A new DNA microarray is formed with the help of the glass slides which is capable of identifying and discriminating the various bacterial species at the same time depending on the 16S ribosomal DNA (rDNA) polymorphisms. Finally pairing the 16S rDNA PCR with a microarray sensor seems to be ideal for analytical investigation and inspection of the commercially significant fish pathogens.
