Abstract

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency method 1623 is largely utilized to check the water sources and to check the supply of drinking water for cryptosporidium ooycsts. The revival between the two seeding processes was very much interconnected and not so distinctly different, but the revival with the help of altered oocysts was as good as the revival by traditional seeding method.
