Abstract

The amorphous silicon thin-film transistors (a-Si TFTs) have good enough performance to be used as control devices for active-matrix cathodes (AMCs) with Mo-tip emitters. Field-emission display (FED) technology has emerged as a leading contender in flat panel displays.
