Microsoft wins approval of pact in antitrust case

The Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit has approved the settlement reached with the Justice Department by Microsoft Corp. concerning its antitrust case. Massachusetts and Microsoft's competitors have argued that this settlement does not go far enough in curbing Microsoft's monopoly.
