Abstract
- The Supreme Court rules that people detained as 'enemy combatants' and terrorism suspects must be given the right to a hearing before a U.S. court. This leaves the over 600 Guantanamo Prison detainees a chance to contest their detention. This ruling is seen as a serious setback to the Bush governnents anti-terrorism policy.
