Abstract
- Education has been affected by the economic recession due to which schools and universities have been forced to raise tuition fees and increase their private fundraising. Implementation of No Child Left Behind Act and the schools' dependence on state aid has made them vulnerable leading to cuts in support personnel such as teacher's aides and after-school instructors.
