Abstract
- The authors have investigated tryptophan metabolism in pregnant women with and without preeclampsia, and functions of placental indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase. They suggest that reduced placental indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase in preeclampsia can cause inflammatory response disregulation.
