An overview is presented on price regulations in Ghana through various periods in the country's history. These include colonial times, the Nkrumah government, the National Liberation Council era, the Busia government, the National Redemption Council era, and the Armed Forces Revolutionary Council era. It is posited that improving supply will help lower prices.
