Abstract
- Research has been conducted on human trefoil proteins TFF1 and TFF3 which are expressed in gastrointestinal tract and expressed and regulated by estrogens in malignant breast epithelial cells. The authors have investigated the charge and hydrodynamic properties of these proteins, and they report that these properties differ significantly.
