Homotypic regulatory clusters in Drosophila

Research has been conducted on transcription regulatory DNA segments controlling gene development in eukaryotes. The clustering of the binding motifs for transcription factors from Drosophila developmental genes, gene regulatory networks and coregulated genes in the genom have been investigated, and the details are reported.
