Design and synthesis of novel fluoropeptidomimetics as potential mimics of the transition state during peptide hydrolysis

Research has been conducted on alpha-fluoroamino acids. The authors report that these acids have been used for the design of fluoropeptidomimetics as potential protease inhibitors.
