Do nurses fully understand the new pay package?

A survey of British nurses shows that many are still mystified by the new pay system proposed by the government in the 'Agenda for Change' plan. Nursing unions believe the new pay plan is good for nurses and are urging their members to accept the plan, but 45% of nurses surveyed say they are undecided and 34% say they will vote no.
