Abstract
- Research has been conducted on Tn5041 transposons discovered among mercury resistant environmental Gram-negative strains. The study of georgaphic distribution, evolutionary relationship and molecular divercity of Tn5041 transposon variants has been carried out in investigating mercury resistance gene flow in environmetal bacteria, and the details are reported.
