Análisis del portal de contrataciones de la Generalitat Valenciana

The project analyzes the hiring portal of the Generalitat Valenciana in comparison to other autonomous areas (Andalusia, Castilla La Mancha, Comunidad Foral de Navarra and the Basque Country, among others). Its development has been carried out on the basis of a series of objectives; first, the relevant legislation was analyzed: - Autonomous: Law 2/2015, of April 2 of the Generalitat of Transparency, Good Government and Citizen Participation of the Valencian Community - National: Law 19/2013, of December 9, Transparency, Access to public information and Good Governance. - International recommendations: index of indicators published by the non-governmental organization with global scale, international transparency. Subsequently the contracting portals of the other Autonomous Communities are analyzed based on a series of criteria of interest for public administrations, tendering entities and citizens in general. The criteria are: Advanced search (Semantic ...), File, Type of announcement / State, Institution, Type of contract, Procurement system, Procedure type, Historical search, Bidding budget, among others. The conclusions of the project provide information on the content and scope of the data published within each of the portals to ensure the transparency of the actions of the Public Administrations. The results provide a differential value between the Spanish contracting portals, as can be seen in the table attached in Annex 1, which specifies and the contracting portals of the Autonomous Communities meet the above criteria.
