Abstract
- This paper presents Gesdoc, an ad-hoc application, open source, for online management of heterogeneous digital resources. Its characteristics and architecture are explained, and a description of the application and the services offered is made. In the application development has played a key role full integration of tools and standards established in the field of document management applications, such as databases ISIS, MARC21, XML and JAVA data.
