Abstract: The Electronic Health Record Project in the National Health System (HCDSNS) is intended to ensure the public and health professionals with access to that information relevant to clinical care of a patient from anywhere in the NHS, ensuring the citizens that the consultation of your data is restricted to who is authorized to do so. The aim of this presentation is to show the semantic services developed for the National Health System in the Electronic Health Record Project in Spain. The different slides show the roadmap for reaching semantic interoperability in the NHS.
