Chapter Three provides a guide to nutrition for children and adolescents in sports. Chapter Four aims to systematically summarize primary school-based team sport programs and their effects evaluated through randomized-controlled trials design. Chapter Five evaluates young footballers'tactical and conditional responses during a new and complex large-sided game.
