Abstract

The book on Fish Nutrition and Its Relevance to Human Health is an important document in fillingthe gap of requisite fish nutrition and sustainable aquaculture in different agro-climatic zones andits relevance to human health. The book includes 14 chapters addressing various aspect of nutritionalrequirement of cultivable finfishes of freshwater, brackish water and marine eco systems includingcold water and valley region fisheries.
