Next, Chapter Three by Alidou Ouedraogo, PhD seeks to answer the question, “What are the factors that determine the ability of the informal sector to endure large scale crises?” In Chapter Four, Diego Matricano recommends a method of open innovation while outlining the main facets of inbound and outbound knowledge flows. Simo Salminen provides a Finnish perspective on occupational injuries, risk factors, risk groups, and consequences in Chapter Five.
