(RE) NORMALIZAÇÕES E USOS DE SI NO TRABALHO: ESTUDO DE CASO EM UMA INDÚSTRIA METAL-MECÂNICA | (Re)normalizations and the self uses on work: case study in metal-mechanic industry

The technological development has triggered profound changes in the working world through flexibility of labor, temporary contracts, in charge of the worker employability and economic instability. This way, the work organization based on the Taylor-Ford models becomes stage for a series of antagonisms not focus on the worker, who used his particularities, in the exercise of their work functions. To understand how does the use of these singularities at work, this research relies on the bias ergological approach of Yves Schwartz. The work, from the perspective of Ergology, has variability and provides the worker reshape history standards in order not to restrict the simple repetition of techniques and working methods... __ O desenvolvimento tecnológico desencadeou profundas transformações no mundo do trabalho por meio da flexibilização da mão de obra, contratos temporários, empregabilidade a cargo do trabalhador e instabilidade econômica. Dessa maneira, a organização de trabalho baseada nos modelos taylorista-fordista torna-se cenário para uma série de antagonismos por não focalizar o trabalhador, que utiliza de suas particularidades, no exercício de suas funções laborais. Para compreender como se dá o uso dessas singularidades no trabalho, esta pesquisa apoia-se no viés da abordagem ergológica de Yves Schwartz.
