Budget revenue in function of public requirements Satisfaction of self-governing units of Croatia

Within the framework of theory and exact examination in the established system of self-governing units in the Republic of Croatia (communes, cities and counties), the work carried out the research of functioning and budgetary sufficiency of the means and existing sources of revenue to finance and satisfy the predicted (planned) public requirements and interests of citizens respectively. Taking into consideration the impossibility of the increased sources of taxation, we accentuate the requirement and necessity of finding new sources and forms to finance self-governing units.
