Abstract

Aliziruyutsya different approaches to the definition of self-appraisal in the structure of self-concept. Emphasis is placed on the fact that it is represented in the minds of teachers authentic, undisputed experience of personal meaning “I”. Process changes in teacher self-appraisal is only possible on the basis of humanitarian and philosophical orientation and acmeologic ensure the development of self-appraisal in the structure of self-concept teachers through the use of person-oriented technology professional development. The author notes that acmeological support the development of self-appraisal contributes to building your own effective strategy development and professionalfulfillment in the context of the modernization of the educational system as a whole.
