Preservation of identity from management training

In this article it is made an analysis of the influence and international scene from th e political, economic, and socio-cultural stand point and how this affects the identity of management processes. Hence the importance attached to the training process from the University in managing processes for the preservation of identity in general in a n ever changing world.
