The governance of the Self in Couple Relations. A brief description from Logotherapy for Life

This article seeks to generate a reflection about couple relationships in terms of courtship and how this is mediated by the governance of the self and the need for recognition and confirmation of this by others. A theoretical review by various authors is used to later contrast it and generate said reflection from Logotherapy for Life. Thus, it is concluded that a healthy couple relationship in terms of dating in late adolescents depends on the subjects undergoing a reflective process about their existence in correspondence with the other; that allows to take the courtship to a stage of commitment and mutual care.
