Objective To investigate the effect of care bundles on the prevention of incontinence-associated dermatitis (IAD)in the elderly. Methods Eighty critically ill elderly patients with diarrhea admitted to the Intensive Care Unit were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 40 cases in each group. During the treatment, the control group received routine nursing, while the study group received care bundles. The incidence of IADs was compared between the two groups.
