RCLIS : towards a digital library for Information Science

There is described RCLIS, an international project that wants to develop a digital specializing library in biblioteconomía and documentation and that follows the model of open archives which already has been implemented in other disciplines, as the physics or the economy. It is a question of a free resource in which there take part, in an altruistic way, librarians of different countries with the aim to gather the whole bibliography generated in information sciences.Se describe RCLIS, un proyecto internacional que quiere desarrollar una biblioteca digital especializada en biblioteconomía y documentación y que sigue el modelo de archivo abierto que ya se ha implementado en otras disciplinas, como la física o la economía. Se trata de un recurso gratuito en el que participan, de manera altruista, bibliotecarios de diferentes países con el objetivo de recoger toda la bibliografía generada en información y documentación.
