Based on interviews with the founding teachers Jhon Man-uel Restrepo, Edwin Vélez, the rector Juan Carlos Mejía Gi-raldo and the Academic Vice-rector, Paola Cristina Gómez Cano, an attempt is made to recognize the constitutive ele-ments that allowed the consolidation of a pedagogical proj-ect that tends towards integration, knowledge and artis-tic practices, discover in this complexity of administrative management, the pillars of teaching that gave rise to aca-demic production within the framework of the PFI.
