Menores extranjeros: documento oficial extranjero contra pruebas médicas en la doctrina administrativa y judicial contencioso-administrativa española

It happens very often that on the basis of a foreign official document ¿normally a passport¿ in accordance with the date of birth therein, a concrete age of its holder is deduced and the clinical tests to that same person show a different age. The problem reaches at its utmost intensity when as a result of a probative tool in one is older than in the other. If that is the case, the legal administrative status for the foreigner is substantially modified because he or she is older than 18 years old. The scope of this present work is to analyze the administrative and judicial resolutions which study the topic.
